Holiday Gift Giving - Sign Up by TONIGHT Nov. 10th
As the holiday and winter season approaches, we know that many families have been, and continue to be, adversely affected by today’s reality. As we have done the previous two years, we are going to continue to take steps to support our families, and to find ways to help all families have a joyous holiday and winter season.
If you are new to Forest Road, each year families reach out to their child’s classroom teacher asking how they can help support the families within our school. Each year, as a small school community, we organize a gift and grocery drive for our families who have a need.
If you are a family that would benefit from additional support at this time, please complete THIS FORM by Friday November 10th, 2023. Please know that we will do our best to get many items off of your list, but we cannot guarantee anything. All identifying information will be kept completely confidential.
If you are a family who would like to contribute or shop for a family/some children in our district, please let us know your willingness to help and in what capacity by completing THIS FORM by Friday November 10th, 2023. We will then reach out to you as soon as we have the information we need with some requested items. We know this is an extremely busy season and want to give you plenty of time to shop. So you are aware, we ask that gifts be returned by Monday December 18th, 2023 so they may be distributed on the 20th and 21st. Please keep this as a consideration when reaching out to help, but know that if time is an issue we are happy to do some of the shopping!
If you would like to make a direct monetary donation, you can do so HERE.
We will have a donation drop-off center in the vestibule of Forest Road. More information will come in emails with gift ideas.
Thank you to everyone for your consideration, and thank you for being a district that comes together to support one another in times of giving!
Please email us directly with any additional questions by clicking here.
