Strengthen the school community partnership through the creation and implementation of a District 102 Educational Foundation.
Strategy 1 - Develop a representative coalition of parent and community leaders to create a D102 Foundation Board
Strategy 2 - Support the implementation of a Foundation mission and goals
Strategy 3 - Facilitate and help coordinate at least 1 Foundation all-community event for SY 24-25 to build relationships across the district.
Objective 2 - Foster inter school collaborations to strengthen the student community.
Strategy 1 - Create a D102 staff committee charged with developing community-building activities.
Strategy 2 - Launch 2-3 interdistrict celebrations, showcases, competitions, activities or common learning experiences starting in SY 24-25 among the four elementary schools.
Strategy 3 - Create opportunities for cross-district PTC/District events.
