Dear 8th Grade Parents, we want to take a moment and clarify some important deadlines and information regarding the Lorado Taft Trip.  

June 30th
Registration closes for all trips.

July 1st
An email will be sent to parents as a REMINDER to let us know of any trips that your child will not be able to attend.

July 15th
Deadline to notify PJHS of any trip conflicts.

August 1st
Lorado Taft information packet will be sent to students attending the trip via the mail

The packet will include:

  • The trip your child is assigned to

  • A list of all students on your child’s trip

  • A dorm request form 

    • (students can choose 4 students they would like to be in the same dorm with.  We will make every effort to place students with as many of their choices as possible. We will guarantee at least one of your choices)

  • Health form

  • Behavior form

  • Packing List

August 15th  
All completed and signed health and behavior forms turned in at Park Junior High’s MAIN OFFICE. Dorm preferences will not be considered until a fully completed behavior contract and health form are turned in.
