Dear Barnsdale Road Families,
Fall conferences will be held on Monday, November 22nd, from 8 am to 8 pm. Though we have a 12-hour timeframe, teachers may not be available all 12 hours. Our conferences this year will again be virtual. This letter will review the purpose of the conferences and the process that will be used to schedule conferences. If you have any questions or concerns about the virtual conference, please contact your student’s teacher.
Conference scheduling will begin on Friday, November 12th at 8:00 am. Times will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The sign-up system will remain open until Friday, November 19th at 8:00 am. Interventionists will not be listed in the sign-up system, so parents should contact those teachers directly to set up a time to meet with them virtually or speak to them over the phone to address any questions or concerns.
Like last year, all schools in District 102 will be utilizing an electronic system through PowerSchool for conference sign-ups. Parents will need to access the conference sign-ups from the district PowerSchool Parent Portal located on the District 102 website. Parents should click on the Power PTC link to access the sign-up portal.
