Dear Congress Park Community,

Wishing all of our families a joyful and restful long weekend! I hope you find time to cherish special moments together and enjoy the time spent with loved ones.

A Message from Mrs. Rodriguez:

Dear CP Families,

I am both excited and honored to introduce myself as the principal of Congress Park School beginning next school year. As the current Assistant Principal, I am proud to serve in this upcoming role and to continue to partner with CP staff in our commitment to the care and well-being of every student. Together, we will continue building a culture of kindness, growth, and achievement.

I look forward to meeting you and working alongside you in the upcoming school year.

With warm regards,

Mrs. Rodriguez

Open House
Join us for a special evening at Congress Park! All CP students and families are invited to attend our Open House on Wednesday, April 23rd, from 6:00 to 7:00 PM. This is a wonderful opportunity to visit classrooms, connect with teachers, and celebrate all the hard work our students have accomplished. We look forward to seeing you there!

Kind regards,

Amy Grieve

CP NEWS

Important - Registration for the 2025-26 School Year

This is a reminder that online registration must be completed for ALL returning students. If you know at this time that your child will not be attending Congress Park next year, please email the office at cp-office@dist102.k12.il.us.

Enrollment involves going online to fill out and update the required information for your student. Please be sure to verify that all information is correct - i.e. addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, emergency contacts, etc.

This process can be completed via your computer, tablet/iPad, or similar. Please note - you cannot complete online registration on a cell phone or through the PowerSchool App.

If you have multiple students, you must enroll each student separately.

You, as the parent/guardian of your child, should be listed as the first emergency contact.

If you lease a property or reside with someone within D102 boundaries,  we request that you submit an updated lease or the Residency Affidavits each year.

If your address has changed from what we have on file, you must provide new residency documents. You can upload new residency documentation as a part of this online registration, or drop off those documents at your child's school of attendance.

Residency information may be requested from returning families after the online registration has been submitted.

Your student's enrollment is not confirmed until you have completed all steps and provided the required paperwork.

We also have multiple crates of gloves, hats, scarves, boots, shoes, water bottles, and other miscellaneous items. Please encourage your children to look at the table for lost items.
